General Description

The 2070-6E is a single board modem that provides an interface between a 2070 controller and an Ethernet network running at either 10baseT or 100baseT.

The 2070-6E is designed to plug into a standard traffic controller. It can be configured to fit the requirements of the system with its many modes of operation.

With its built in web browser configuration program or its built in serial accessed configuration program, the 2070-6E can be set up to work in most networks.

Front panel indicators show the status of the RS232 interface and the status of the network interface.

The front panel COM 2 DB9 connector can be used to interface to another modem or it can be used as a configuration port.

Configuration switches are used to quickly change hardware functionality.
